11wln Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 11wln ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the 11wln website located at https://11wln.pro, including all games, sports betting services, promotional offers, and any other features or services made available through the platform.

By accessing the 11wln platform — whether by registering an account, logging in, placing a bet, depositing funds, or simply browsing the website — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 11wln. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise specified.

To register and maintain an account on 11wln, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 11wln does not permit players under the age of 21 to register or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gaming services in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of 11wln is lawful where you reside.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 11wln or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not have previously had an account on 11wln that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Accounts must be registered and operated by the individual themselves.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. 11wln reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation at any point to verify the information provided. Failure to provide such documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 11wln platform. Duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally or inadvertently — are a breach of these Terms. If 11wln identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as having been performed by you, whether or not you personally authorised it.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 11wln support immediately at [email protected]. 11wln will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to notification.

• You must keep your account information — including contact details and payment information — accurate and up to date at all times.
• 11wln may impose temporary restrictions on your account while identity or payment verification is in progress.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 11wln will notify you prior to any action being taken on a dormant account.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 11wln support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 11wln platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 11wln supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and debit card. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your 11wln account must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 11wln reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close any account where funds are found to have originated from a third-party source. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Before processing any withdrawal, 11wln may require you to complete identity verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically processed within 1 to 4 business hours during operational hours (9 AM to 11 PM PKT).
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Debit card withdrawals: timelines subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.

11wln does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are advised to check with your payment provider directly. 11wln is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.

11wln offers various promotional bonuses to its players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account without compensation.
• 11wln reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any bonus already in active use on a player's account.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in the cancellation of bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.

All bets placed on the 11wln sportsbook — including cricket betting, football, UFC, and other sports markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market and event type. These rules are displayed within the sportsbook section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or data feed interruption that results in odds or game outcomes being displayed incorrectly, 11wln reserves the right to void affected bets. All decisions made by 11wln regarding voided bets are final and binding. PKR stakes on voided bets will be returned to the player's account balance.

Casino game outcomes — including live casino, slots, crash games, and table games — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer action. 11wln ensures all games are supplied by certified providers and are subject to independent fair-play audits. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are as stated by the game provider and may vary by game.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sportsbook markets and casino games and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• Bets placed after an event has started using pre-match odds — due to connectivity issues or system delays — may be voided at 11wln's discretion.
• In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of a live event such as wickets, injuries, or match interruptions. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11wln platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances at 11wln's sole discretion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing discrepancies in a deliberate or systematic manner.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, collect multiple bonuses, or otherwise evade the application of these Terms.
• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to other players or to 11wln.
• Attempting to access account areas, backend systems, or data that you are not authorised to access.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to 11wln at any point — including during registration, identity verification, or support interactions.

11wln collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the agreement between you and the platform. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data — including your name, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity — is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and deliver relevant promotional communications where you have consented to receive them.

11wln will never sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers that assist in delivering the platform's services — such as payment processors, identity verification providers, and gaming software suppliers — all of whom are bound by appropriate data protection obligations.

All content available on the 11wln platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other content created by or for 11wln — is the exclusive intellectual property of 11wln or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 11wln platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the 11wln platform or its content without prior written consent from 11wln.

• You must not copy, scrape, or systematically extract any data or content from the 11wln website for any purpose.
• You must not use the 11wln name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without explicit written authorisation.
• All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on the 11wln platform are the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11wln shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity — even if 11wln has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11wln makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. 11wln will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance wherever possible.

11wln's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11wln reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification procedures within a reasonable timeframe.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward 11wln staff or other players.
• Any activity that 11wln reasonably believes may expose the platform, its partners, or its players to legal or regulatory risk.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests that are not subject to investigation will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Balances in accounts suspended for suspected fraud or breach of terms will be held pending the outcome of 11wln's internal investigation and any relevant external proceedings.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting 11wln support. Self-excluded players may request permanent account closure as part of the self-exclusion process.

11wln is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and we take active steps to ensure our players can set appropriate limits on their gaming activity. • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from within their account settings.

11wln reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 11wln will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the 11wln website.

The date on which these Terms were last reviewed is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility as a player to review this page periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version of the Terms. Continued use of the 11wln platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Your rights in relation to any funds held in your account at the time of closure will not be affected by your decision to close your account following a Terms amendment.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 11wln holds its international gaming license.

In the event of any dispute between you and 11wln, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of queries and complaints can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication with our support staff, who are available daily from 9 AM to 11 PM PKT.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, 11wln operates a formal complaints procedure. Written complaints may be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". 11wln will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
